Taste Of The Town And Auction In Texas City
To satisfy your appetite for good food and fun, join us for some great cuisine prepared by our local culinary masters and “Shop Til You Drop” at our live and silent auctions!
Taste of the Town is our annual community event that showcases area restaurants and caterers. At the Taste of the Town, you can stroll through food and beverage booths to sample some of the best cuisine in town. With many of local restaurants and beverage distributors participating, this event provides a taste of something for everyone. Enjoy an evening of indulging as you stroll and sample the wide range of culinary delights.
Taste of the Town advance tickets are Adults - $20.00 each and $25.00 at the door. Children under 12 are $7.50. The ticket entitles you to food and drink at the Taste of the Town booths and in addition, you can do a little Shopping at the Live and Silent Auctions. Taste of the Town will feature mouth-watering appetizers, entrees, side dishes, desserts, pastries and beverages from many of the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and beverage companies. Approximately 800 guests are expected to satisfy their appetites. A lot of tempting treats will be available for everyone to sample.
The Auction takes place immediately after the “Taste of the Town”. The Live and Silent Auctions are THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP! You’ll find that one-of-a-kind item at the popular Silent Auction. Whether bidding for yourself or shopping for a gift, you're guaranteed to find something you simply must have! We urge you to bring your checkbooks, cash and credit cards and get ready to bid at the Auction!
